PAYMENT - Full payment required on confirmation of order. Unpaid cheques are charged at £25 per presentation. Credit card details are required as security for cheque payments, but will be destroyed upon cheque clearance. 30 days credit terms may be given to businesses, subject to status and credit checks at the managementís discretion.
GOODS - Garment descriptions are subject to change without notice. All sizes are given as a general guidance only. Colours, shades, materials and sizes of goods may vary to a minor extent from those illustrated. Buyers are advised to check required measurements when purchasing. All goods are subject to availability. We may cancel a supply agreement, or offer suitable alternative items, if the goods ordered are out of stock or no longer available. We will rely upon your orders being correct in entering into a supply agreement and reserve the right to refuse to take back goods ordered in error.
GARMENT SAMPLES - Garment samples are supplied for customer viewing on returns basis in a saleable condition, within 30 Days. Customers will be charged £3.50 postage and packing to a credit card for each item upon ordering, and the unit price for each item will be charged if the items are not returned within 30 days, or if the goods are unsaleable upon return.
PRICES - Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Free design origination includes one single colour print, or one embroidery up to 5000 stitches and up to 8 colours per garment. Extra stitches are charged at 25p per thousand stitches per garment. A&C Workwear Design Ltd reserve the right to charge £30 per additional logo set up per garment, at the management's discretion.
COPYRIGHT - It is taken as implicit in the acceptance of all embroidery/printing that the customer is either the copyright holder or an authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify A&C Workwear Design Ltd in full against any claim for infringement that may arise.
ARTWORK - No artwork will be returned unless requested. The image remains the copyright of the customer and the embroidery design remains the property of A&C Workwear Design Ltd. All designs are stored for an indefinite period Free of Charge.
DELIVERY - Any short deliveries should be notified to A&C Workwear Design Ltd immediately. Damaged or opened cartons should be checked or refused on delivery. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all delivery dates are estimated dates, which we will use reasonable endeavors to achieve. We may deliver the goods to you in advance of any agreed or estimated delivery dates. Our Express Service is in 7 working days, and is subject to availability on a first come first served basis, and may not be available during busy periods.
DAMAGE CLAIMS - It is customer's responsibility to ensure before placing orders the following:
(i). Garment fittings are correct.
(ii). Embroidery /Print - Colours, positions and designs are checked & confirmed prior to ordering. If viewed on a computer, colours may vary slightly as colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process and monitor capabilities and settings allow.
No liability for spoilage can be accepted for embroidering onto customer's own material or garments. A&C Workwear Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors brought to our attention once you have had your garments embroidered or printed. We recommend printed items should only be ironed on the reverse of the fabric to prolong the life of the logo.
REFUNDS - Customised garments, are not refundable unless the garments are defective. If you believe the garments are defective you must contact A&C Workwear Design Ltd immediately. Returns will not be accepted if the garments have been used, worn or washed. Non-customised items are covered by our 16-day money-back guarantee. Just return them to us, unused, in a saleable condition, and we'll exchange or refund them.AGREEMENT - We will be entitled to cancel a supply agreement at any time with business account holders if you have exceeded or will (as a result of the supply agreement in question or otherwise) exceed your authorised credit limit with us, or if any invoices rendered to you for goods previously supplied are overdue.
