How do I email more than one artwork attachment?
Click on our email address highlighted red in the address section of the Contact us page. This generates a normal email page to which you can upload any number of attachments.
Can I get a quote?
Our team will be happy to give you a thorough quote on the phone or via e-mail, but have you tried getting a quick quote on the product page if you need under 75 items?
Simply find the product you want, select the colours and sizes you require at the bottom of the page and the click the 'Quick quote' button. You can also cost different personalisation options of print or embroidery here too by ticking the boxes.
Our designer is Graphic Design trained, and has been digitising embroidered logos since 1994. We also provide embroideries to other workwear companies and clothing manufacturers. We will send you an artwork layout or suggestions first if required, then a digital picture of the logo once we've tested it, or send it out in the post to you. We will be happy to make any adjustments once you've seen it. We haven't had any customer yet who didn't like their finished logo! (Click for customer comments.)
Is it secure to buy online from you?
Yes. We use Barclays EPDQ Secure Payment System.
How long will my order take?
Logo origination takes 3-5 working days, and after logo sample approval, orders take 10-14 working days to arrive with you. If you have a slightly earlier required date, call us and we will try to acccomodate you. We also have an Express 7 Day service, for a 20% surcharge. There is an option to select this on the Basket page when you have selected your items.
How will my order get to me?
We use a next day carrier who deliver nationwide, mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We will contact you the day before delivery to confirm your required delivery address details.
Can I use a different delivery address from my billing address?
Yes, enter your billing address first if you are going to pay online. There is a tick box at the bottom of the address page to enter a different delivery address.
I can't find the item I want on the website, can I still get it from you?
Yes, we can usually source most items, just call or email us with a description of what you are looking for. We have a standard range on our website, and are adding new items regularly.
I don't know which size to choose, can you advise me?
There is size information for each item on the product page. The inch chest sizes are 'to fit' so if you were to measure around your chest as 40" for example for a unisex polo shirt, then you would need to order a medium. If you unsure, it is best to order a sample for sizing first. (See below.)
Can I order a sample of an item?
You can order samples to try for size and see the quality. You will need to call us to arrange this, or email to request a call back. All we ask for is £3.50 p&p per item to be paid by credit card, and that you return the item unsoiled within 30 days. We will only charge the unit price for any items not returned.
